Before we start, our FAA-certified pilot walks around your property to check for any obstacles like power lines, trees, or antennas. We also inspect your roof from the ground to identify problem areas that need extra attention.

Our model comes equipped with an extra payload carrier, allowing it to carry more cleaning solution and water for extended cleaning sessions without needing to refill. This specialized drone carefully flies over your roof while spraying our eco-friendly cleaning solution with precision.

Dwell Time (Let It Work)
We let the cleaning solution sit on your roof for 10-15 minutes. During this time, the solution breaks down all the organic growth (algae, moss, lichens) that's been building up on your shingles. Our pilot monitors the drone and property during this time.
Like letting dish soap soak on a dirty pan, this waiting time makes the cleaning much more effective and gentle on your roof.
Gentle Low-Pressure Rinse from Above
The drone returns and uses low-pressure water (about the same pressure as a garden hose) to rinse away the cleaning solution, dead algae, and loosened debris. We're not "blasting" your roof - we're gently washing it clean from above. The Lucid Bots drone's advanced stabilization system maintains the perfect distance to ensure effective cleaning without damaging shingles.
High pressure can damage shingles by lifting them or wearing away the protective granules. Our low-pressure aerial method is completely roof-safe and nobody has to walk on your roof.
Final Inspection & Aerial Photos
After cleaning, we use the drone to take high-resolution aerial photos of your roof so you can see the dramatic before-and-after results. We also check to make sure all gutters are clear of debris that was washed off the roof.

- Feel free to watch from inside or a safe distance
After Service:

- Some dark stains may continue to fade over the next 1-2 weeks as the solution continues working
- Gutters will be checked and cleared of debris
- You'll receive before/after aerial photos via email
- We recommend cleaning every 1-2 years for maintenance
